Nate
Founder & PFM
Nate is a publications, editorial, and illustrative designer turned Project Fulfillment Manager with a deep belief in community-driven storytelling. Drawing from his Indigenous and Belarusian roots, he brings a unique cultural lens to branding—one that values authenticity over trends and people over platforms.
After years of designing with precision and purpose, he founded TRIBE International to help nonprofits and grassroots movements amplify their message with clarity, care, and impact. Nate blends design rigor with lived experience, offering strategy that’s as grounded as it is effective.
Gerald
Co-Owner & CRM
Gerald brings the world to TRIBE. With a background in International Relations and Cultures and study abroad experience in Germany and Portugal, he speaks over eight languages and has traveled across Europe and beyond.
But his deepest work has been at home—building cross-tribal networks across the Southeastern U.S. Now, as Co-President and Community Relations Manager, Gerald helps clients feel seen, welcomed, and supported, using his cultural fluency and people-first mindset to make every partnership personal.
